Story
Origin.
Elias was born around the Events of Dragon Ball Super: Hero during Age 782; he is the son of the inheritor of the crane school, Tien Shinhan; and the famous criminal with a split personality, Launch.After Launch broke out of prison for the 100th time around Age 779, she scoured the earth for Tien Shinhan as she did for many years prior; although this time she was finally successful in her attempts, and ended up following him around on his path to power and strength.The two ended up forming a close bond with one another along their journey for many years, eventually ending up with a blue-haired child thanks to the child having been born during the majority of Launch's blue-haired personality time taking care of him.Of course, the yellow haired split personality was well aware of what was happening, but also did her best to provide care for the child until his initial birth.The two ended up naming him Elias Akua as a way to derive him from the dangers of Launch's criminal past, and Tien's preference to stay a no-name wandering warrior with little to no ties to the normal world.

New Beginnings.
Elias was trained under the guidance of Tien Shinhan and the crane school throughout his childhood growing up, receiving intense lessons and methods to boost his strength considerably , more so than most young warriors in the crane school at the age of 14.This was thanks to his immense hidden potential as a warrior thanks to being the son of one of the strongest humans on earth, strong enough in fact that it caught the attention of a certain organization that were in desperate need of help due to some unforeseen circumstances happening at the time.One night in Age 796 , Elias was suddenly pulled into a time rift that transported him to the Age 850, awakening in a rather large dome full of greenery with a large building set in the middle.Upon waking up in this mysterious new place, Elias came face to face with a rather short woman with pointy ears and pink skin; this person being Chronoa , also known as the Supreme Kai of Time.She explained to Elias about who she was, where he was, and the reason for his sudden appearance there.He'd been pulled 80 - 90 years into the future, arriving at a place known as ' Toki Toki City ' .Toki Toki City had became overrun with time rifts and the Supreme Kai of Time was forced to hire more Time Patrols to deal with them, Time Patrollers she deemed were strong enough in history that could help defend it.Of course, she wasn't going to force him to; but she still wished to request his help as she figured he could be of great help to the organization.All of this was very new to Elias, but he took no time at all in accepting her offer, thus being recruited into the Time Patrol.
The Saiyan Siblings.
During his time in the TP, Elias tended to be a very quiet and cast off person to himself as he was unsure of how to talk to most of the other patrollers.That was however, until he came across a pair of Saiyan Siblings that seemed to draw him in and open up to him; This pair being the Anomalous siblings known as Nagoshi Koizumi and Ruby Koizumi.The trio quickly became close friends, soon finding himself joining the pair for patrol missions and sparring sessions whenever they weren't doing other things.Ruby always tended to constantly tease and make fun of the blue-haired boy, much to his disamusement; while Nagoshi and Elias shared a sort of close-brother / rival type relationship, with Elias always striving to try and become as powerful as Nagoshi was, but Ultimately never seemingly to catch up to him at all.Time passed until the pair of Sibling Anomalies journeyed off to battle against the Demon God, Demigra. There was no need for him to join the pair in their battle, he wasn't strong enough to keep up with all of them, nor was this his battle to fight.Upon witnessing the Siblings defeat the demon god, he had gained another whole new level of respect for the siblings; welcoming them back from a long and hard fought battle after so much struggle.4 years passed, and Elias discovered that the pair had left to go live a normal life, defecting from the Time Patrol. As much as he wished to join them, he knew that staying here would be the best scenario for him if he wanted to grow in power. After all, he couldn't possibly join them, they deserved it after all the torment the pair had gone through.It was eventually stated that the pair were now nationally wanted criminals thanks to their defection, to which Elias began to keep a low profile.Before long however, Chronoa had summoned Elias personally to contract him to find the pair and bring them in, since it was believed the emotional attachment would make it easier for them to come back.Reluctantly, he accepted the risk and journeyed out to find his close friend.

The Confrontation.
Upon arriving in the world and time that he was spotted in, Elias came across a now older, and much more powerful Nagoshi attending a high school known as ' Shujin academy '.However, there was absolutely no sight of anything wrong from what he could initially tell.He seemed, happy.Happier than he'd seen Nagoshi in a very long time, stirring up conflicting feelings from deep within himself. Elias began to question himself and his own motives in life, questions like; ' was this truly the best thing for him to do? ' 'He wasn't even supposed to exist in the first place they say, but here he is trying to live his life the best he can anyways! Aren't the time patrol supposed to protect those that bring peace to history? 'However, it was far too late for thoughts like that; as Nagoshi had already known that Elias was there the moment he stepped foot into this world and its timeline.Elias confronted Nagoshi, stating that he HAD to bring him back.
He knew Nagoshi wasn't going to come along quietly, but he also knew he stood no chance.And before he could even raise his fists to fight the Anomaly—He was struck down right where he stood in one simple hit, sending Elias into the ground and knocking him out completely.The last thing he saw, was his friend turning and walking away as his consciousness faded.
A new choice.
Upon waking up, he found himself back in the newly built Conton City, the rebuilt Toki Toki City after it was destroyed in the battle against the Demon God Demigra in Age 850; with thoughts of Nagoshi and the confrontation against his friend & rival still lingering in his mind.Was this really the right thing to do?Did he truly belong here in the Time Patrol? Was it right for him to deny someone who was just trying to live his life, despite the fact that he wasn't even supposed to exist at all in the first place?He needed to find out for himself, and he wouldn't do that by being here in the Time Patrol.So, he secretly deviated from the time patrol himself; plunging himself back into the same world and timeline that he'd found Nagoshi in, seeking him out not as a foe this time, but as his friend and a request to train under him.Elias spends most of his days training under Nagoshi, learning how to channel more strength and power into himself; finally finding himself in the place with the people he cared for most.
An encounter.
After spending 3 years training under Nagoshi, a now 21 year old Elias would find himself mysteriously come across a strange deity with pale skin and strange clothing.She seemed distressed, sat in the middle of a forest looking up at the moon near his training spot.
He approached her, trying not to give off any hostile or malicious intentions.She didn't seem malicious, almost calm and welcoming to his presence; asking about her and her name.She introduced herself as the Moon goddess, looking amongst man itself for answers to her many questions about humanity.Elias was more than happy to help, introducing himself to the goddess and in turn, becoming friends with her.Her name was revealed to be Lunatea, a beautiful and kind moon goddess who never seeks to fight, but was more than willing to help Elias in his path of power.In exchange for all his help with helping her understand humanity better, she in turn unlocked his latent potential by tapping into the deepest depths of his life force directly, thus unlocking his Potential Unleashed state.With that Potential unlocked, he in turn, came to eventually unlock the evolution to his power; an evolution to Potential Unleashed and his latent power, his will unleashed into a tidal wave of power in a transformation; Willful Tide.With Nagoshi, Lunatea, and many others in his heart as reasons to continue to strive for more strength and power with each passing day, He continues to push forward and train, in hopes of one day being able to grow strong enough to protect those he cares most for and rise up to be the one who surpasses some of the greatest people he knows.

Abilities
Elias is a full-blooded earthling, with some descendance ties to the Triclops Alien Race thanks to his father; so he isn't capable of many abilities compared to the likes of Saiyans, Majins, or the Frieza race; but his strength is not something to be laughed at either.His time in the time patrol and his training with his best friend , Teacher, and rival; Nagoshi Koizumi, have allowed him to push the boundaries of what most humans are capable of in a plethora of worlds.His time spent with deities and people from other worlds has allowed him to tap into powers most earthlings in Universe 7 could never hope to ever come close to.Elias is capable of Multi-Energy Manipulation; Manipulating three key types of energy:- Ki
- Haki
- MagicKi and Haki are similar in prospect, but are used in vastly different ways.Using Ki, he is able to achieve super human levels of strength, speed, flight, energy , and other types of techniques that allow him to manipulate his body to achieving feats that others could only dream of.Using Haki, he is able to fortify any part of his skin and body in a thick coating of armor for defensive and offensive capabilities; this technique is known as, ' Armament Haki ' (AKA, Busoshoku Haki) .Elias' time spent with a blonde haired keyblade wielder in another world (thanks to Nagoshi) has allowed him to tap into a keyblade of his own, that being the , ' Abyssal tide ' keyblade .However, this is not his strongest keyblade.Through amplifying his own Ki energy into his keyblade, he is able to transconfigure it into a more significantly powerful form through Ki control, that being the, ' Leviathan ' keyblade to gain access to much stronger versions of his previous magic.Using magic from his Keyblade, Elias is able to manipulate the elements and time itself to give himself an advantage when others least expect it.Elias is able to access two different forms at this time:Potential Unleashed
